This is a complete lesson for third grade, with teaching and exercises, about multiplying by zero. Students learn the meaning of a number times zero, or zero times a number, both as regards to equal-size groups and number line jumps. The exercises involve filling in the table of zero and the table of one, and some miscellaneous multiplication problems.

Take three jumps of zero steps.
